A family in crisis doesn't need one-off help — it needs someone who stays. Our programme stands by families and single mothers over time: in the hard moments, at the start of the school year, at government offices and at home.
One crisis leads to another
A lost job, an illness, a separation, a child with special needs — sometimes one thing is enough for a family that was coping to find itself unable to breathe. The bills pile up, the forms make no sense, and the strength to ask for help runs out.
Real help is help that stays.

What the programme includes
- Everything needed for the new school year.
- Everyday essentials.
- Free legal and psychological advice.
- Help with paperwork and accompaniment to government offices.

What we did this year
Dozens of families received humanitarian aid and essentials. We stood by families with children with special needs — among them a single mother of two children with autism, and a family whose child has cerebral palsy and severe autism. Each had its own road, and we walked it together with them.
What it looks like from inside
It isn't just a basket of essentials. It's a phone call in the evening, a meeting with a lawyer they couldn't have afforded, a psychologist who listens, help filling in a form that has been waiting for a month. Small things — that together give a family back a sense of control over its life.
You can donate, volunteer to accompany a family, or give items ahead of the school year and the holidays. Each kind of help reminds one family that it is not alone.
