Who we help

When illness turns life upside down, no one should face it alone.

When a serious illness enters a family, it changes everything: the daily routine, work, money and the peace at home. Parents find themselves between tests, forms and waiting lists — often without knowing whom to turn to. We are here so that no one walks this road alone.

The long road from doctor to doctor

The health system is good, but the way through it is long and confusing — especially with a rare disease, a child, or a family that has just arrived in Israel. Every week of waiting is a week lost, and every treatment that isn't covered turns into a bill the family cannot pay.

When illness turns life upside down, no one should face it alone.

What we do

  • We help people reach the right treatment, diagnosis and rehabilitation.
  • We accompany requests to hospitals and clinics — from the first appointment to the end of treatment.
  • We give financial support when a family can no longer carry the costs alone.
  • We bring in specialists: doctors, speech therapists, physiotherapists and more.

Real stories

Five-year-old Sasha came to Hadassah after five years of wrong diagnoses; within two weeks she had a diagnosis, and today she eats, gains weight and plays. Fourteen-year-old Anfisa underwent a complex ten-hour heart operation at Hadassah, and for the first time in her life her blood oxygen is normal. Behind every story like this are people who chose to help.

Hospitals, too

We help not only families but whole wards. Our volunteers bring toys and gifts to children on the wards, and we bought a refrigerator for the children's rehabilitation ward at Levinstein. Now the ward has asked us to buy medical rehabilitation equipment — and we are raising funds for it.

Every donation here goes to treatment, rehabilitation and support for children and adults who need it now. You can give to a specific campaign — or to the charity's work, wherever it's needed most.
